Set the correct config option:
CONFIG_SCSI_ISCI=y
This driver supports the 6Gb/s SAS capabilities of the
storage control unit found in the Intel(R) C600 series chipset.
Update the TIS_PATCH_VER to avoid an older
built version of a package being picked up.
Sanity test other than Intel (R) C600
1. build-pkgs passed
2. build-iso passed
3. deploy passed
4. the VM created successfully
5. VM successfully connected to external network
