This commit re-adds the dpdk-devbind script to intel-igb_uio (igb_uio-kmod) package to ensure that the ansible bootstrap procedure does not encounter the following errors due to a missing dpdk-devbind script: Could not find command '/usr/share/starlingx/scripts/dpdk-devbind.py' The script has been acquired from the following link, which points to the official DPDK v21.02 branch: https://git.dpdk.org/dpdk/plain/usertools/dpdk-devbind.py?h=v21.02&id=7a016af4aa6bd2f8425b4fb2d59e5dd19f12bceb Story: 2008921 Task: 43028 Signed-off-by: M.
