Resolve the difference between 5.10-rt and 5.10-std kernel
configurations so that they only differ due to preempt-rt-related
changes. Refer to the 3.10 rt, std kernel config and 5.10 default
config.
Verification:
Compare the build-out .config between rt and std, that only differ
due to preempt-rt-related changes.
Kernel related sanity tests were run using the hardware we have
available and results matched those produced by the kernel before
this commit. Thank our test team at Wind River help to do the test.
