Remove VIM packages from storage and worker hosts

Browse Source 
Removing the VIM packages from storage and worker hosts. These
packages are not required on these hosts. Having the packages
on these hosts results in unnecessary RPMs being installed
and unnecessary patch applications (if the VIM is patched).
