Subject: [PATCH] Remove wrs-guest-scale SDK Module

With the StarlingX move to supporting pure upstream OpenStack, the
majority of the SDK Modules are related to functionality no longer
supported. The remaining SDK Modules will be moved to StarlingX
documentation.
