Don Penney d02fd0c39e Fix patch-iso for StarlingX repos ...

The patch-iso utility is currently unable to find necessary files
within the StarlingX repos. This commits corrects the location,
allowing the utility to run. It also does a little cleanup to add
robustness to the utility.
