fix bad flockflock url pt 2

A stray '}' character found it's way into my prior update
titled 'fix bad flockflock url' after testing. The result was
the following error

sed: -e expression #1, char 15: unexpected `}'

This removes the unwanted '}', restoring the prior update
to its intended form.
