Delete outdated crash and makedumpfile for new kernel

As kernel is updated to 6.6.x, new package crash-8.0.5 and
makedumpfile-1.7.4 have been added. So delete outdated crash
and makedumpfile.

TestPlan:
PASS: downloader; build-pkgs
PASS: build-image
PASS: generate crashdump
PASS: crash <vmlinux> <dump.date>
