Debian: distro/os-std.lst: Remove kdump-tools.

It needs to modify the kdump-tools source code to adapt to starlingx
debian system, so use kdump-tools source package to replace kdump-tools
deb package.

Test Plan:
PASS: Image builds successfully.
PASS: kdump-tools that build out with soure code installation
      successful.
