3c9fa8296e
This commit adds the necessary packages and env variables necessary in
order to create pre-patched iso using apt-ostree inside inside the
lat container.
Test plan:
PASS: Ran "./stx-init-env --rebuild"
Check if packages are installed
Check if env variable are set and available
Other tests are covered by:
