Dan Voiculeasa 7b5cdba306 Revert "Debian: Add workaround for enabling swacts." ...

This reverts commit c6c21858029bb311a4a24e21af4306bc0e8d0a99.
Reason for revert: logic was moved to kickstarts to be 
delivered on all nodes, not just initial controller.
