Scott Little 49d796e61f Update debian_stable_docker_images.inc to reflect libvirt relocation 
A recent update relocated package libvirt from the 'integ' git repo
to the 'virt' git repo, but failed to update the docker image
packaging.

Testing:
    build-stx-images.sh: pass
