Charles Short 0eebbf5d65 Simplification of inventory/ssh-config generation 
This commit does several things:

- Use openstackclient columns and fields to parse
  API information from the Openstack API.
- Remove tripleoclient version check, no longer needed
  since we are supporting RHOSP 10+
- Fixed OSP15 support.
