Lucas H. Xu da04dd47ad Add existing Octavia scenarios 
Currently, there are:
1. LoadBalancers (create, list, stats-show, show, update, delete)
2. Pools (create, list, show, update, delete)

This patch addes above scenarios to the browbeat
