Change [1] correctly attempted to set the default share type for HDFS to include ``create_share_from_snapshot_support=True`,` but there is a syntax issue when devstack attempts to set this extra-spec in the share type so that results in the server considering the request to be malformed [2]. Remove the extra quotation marks that cause this issue.
