Yichen Wang bb8f74d48f Add support and bugfixes for dual-cloud scenario
1. Support to run on dual-cloud scenario;
2. Add retry mechanisiam when deleting floating IP;
3. Enhance the logic for consolidating data;
4. New v5 image created with wrk2 support;
