Jose Idar 5b8be5e231 Locking paramiko version to <2 for the sshv2 plugin
* Added README explaining the paramiko transition.
  * NOTE: The sshv2 plugin will eventually transition
    to utilizing paramkio>2 once plugins are external
    to opencafe.
