Jesse Pretorius 0392bc7af2 Retire openstack-ansible-os_swift_sync repository 
The content from the openstack-ansible-os_swift_sync repository has
been merged into the openstack-ansible-os_swift repository and is
therefore no longer needed.

This patch implements the retirement of the os_swift_sync
repository content as per [1].

This Ansible role is no longer maintained or used.

The content of this role have been merged into the OpenStack-Ansible os_swift role, rendering the inclusion of this additional role superfluous.
