Graham Hayes 255523c63d Move all V2 Controllers to inherit from the v2

Previously some v2 controllers inherited from the base
client.Controller.

Fixes have been added to the V2Controller that allow it
to work with lists + next links.

Python bindings to the Designate API

This is a client library for Designate built on the Designate API. It provides a Python API (the designateclient module) and a command-line tool (designate).

Development takes place via the usual OpenStack processes as outlined in the developer guide. The master repository is in Git.
