1. python2 setup.py bdist_rpm
2. Added #!/usr/bin/python2 to start-*.py
3. cp start-data-collector.py /usr/bin/neat-data-collector
4. cp initscripts/* /etc/init.d/
5. cp neat.conf /etc/neat/neat.conf
