NSX|V: Fix BGP plugin get operations

The TVD integration for the BGP plugin tried to filter get results
based on the plugin type.
Since the same plugin is also used for the V plugin, it failed.
This patch removes this filtering code since BGP is currently supported
only by the NSX-V anyway.
