Irena Berezovsky 94492767e0 blueprint mellanox-quantum-plugin
Implements Mellanox Quantum plugin.
This plugin implements Quantum v2 APIs with support for Mellanox embedded
switch functionality as part of the VPI (Ethernet/InfiniBand) HCA.
