Yong Sheng Gong 960c0168b3 change variable name from plugin into agent 
Variable for agent instance should be named as 'agent'
instead of plugin.

The Open vSwitch (OVS) Neutron plugin is a simple plugin to manage OVS
features using a local agent running on each hypervisor.
