The next global configurations are now added also per AZ:
- mgt_net_moid
- mgt_net_proxy_ips
- mgt_net_proxy_netmask
- mgt_net_default_gateway
- external_network
- vdn_scope_id
- dvs_id

In case any of them is not defined in the AZ section, the global value will be used.
