This adds ML2 mechanism driver controlling OpenFlow switches
and an agent using Ryu as OpenFlow Python library.
- An agent acts as an OpenFlow controller on each compute nodes.
- OpenFlow 1.3 (vendor agnostic unlike OVS extensions).
