Yoshihiro Kaneko cf755b4dba plugin/ryu: update for ryu update
blueprint ryu-plugin-update-for-ryu
Now ryu has GRE tunnel support, so update ryu plugin to support it.
This implements/simplifies GRE tunneling support for ryu plugin
