Adit Sarfaty ac912de8fe [AdminUtil] NSX|v3: Update router NAT rules to not bypass the FW ...

After upgrading to NSX-V3 2.0, existing NAT rules should
stop skipping the FW rules in order for FWaaS to work correctly.

Usage:
nsxadmin -r routers -o nsx-update-rules
