Adit Sarfaty 43ec4919cf Update api-replay for nsx-v->nsx-v3 migration ...

- Exclude some newly added NSX-v features from the api-replay
  becasue those are not supported by the NSX-v3 plugin
- Add subnetpools support
- Fix errors handling
