Clark Boylan 4fa10afecb Test dib image builds with devstack too. ... This adds a second nodepool label that the devstack plugin will attempt to build and boot. For this image it will use DIB to build a very minimal ubuntu VM that should accept ssh connections from nodepool. Note it adds system deps for dib including debootstrap.
