Pin pykube-ng and fix the CI

This change tries to fix the following issue:
  kubernetes.config.config_exception.ConfigException: Invalid kube-config file. No configuration found.

This change also provides input to the wsdump test to prevent the
command from hanging when testing the console stream connection.
