Kostiantyn Kalynovskyi 5551ec347a Pass dynamic IPAM information to vino-buider 
This patchset enables VINO controller to pass variables to vino-builder
that are generated dynamically by IPAM module. Also it takes IP address
of the vino bridge and injects it into node annotation togather with
IPAM values. Vino-builder polls a k8s node object to get these values
before proceeding.
