This patch updates the documentation for the developer notes associated
with the Cat 2 (Medium) controls applied by the security role.

Deployers are urged to use the nosuid option on any remotely mounted filesystems whenever possible.

The security role does not take action on filesystem mounts since this could affect the stability or availability of the host.
