The naming of this option has a few problems. - "tenant" is a terminology in identity v2 API which was removed and v3 API uses "project" instead - The option name indicates that it enables discovery of project names, but in fact it also enables discovery of user names Rename the option to replace the old terminology and also reflect the behavior controlled. Overview
Ceilometer is a data collection service that collects event and metering data by monitoring notifications sent from OpenStack services. It publishes collected data to various targets including data stores and message queues.
