Colleen Murphy 4642ed463f Update SUSE distro information in install guide
SUSE builds their OpenStack trove packages for openSUSE Leap 42.2 and
SLES 12 SP2, and going forward will gear trove support toward those
releases, so this patch updates the install guide to address those newer
releases.
