This change addresses a long-standing issue in rST documentation imported from XML.
That import process added backslash escapes in front of various characters. The three
most common being '(', ')', and '_'.
These instances are removed.

Project Network IP Address Management
For IP address assignment, supports both internal management using project networks with subnets, and external management (for example, static addressing or an external server) using project networks without subnets.
